This introductory and practical course provides a guide for creating a curriculum for workplace learning initiatives. It covers the fundamentals of adult learning in the workplace, the curriculum development process, principles of good practice in workplace learning, techniques for selecting or developing learning materials and managing groups in a classroom and evaluating the impact of workplace learning activities. The workshop seeks to provide participants with the competencies to develop, plan, and implement effective workplace learning programmes to support strategic employee development, and enhance organisational performance.
