Programmes

Admissions Process

STEP 1: Submission of Documents for Eligibility

To be screened for eligibility to pursue any of our Master programmes kindly submit the following documents to admissions@lokjackgsb.edu.tt
  • An updated resume outlining start and end dates of past and present employment clearly outlining details of job duties/responsibilities and academic history
  • An interim copy of your academic transcripts or professional certificates (Only if you are a non-UWI student, If you are a UWI student I only require your UWI ID#)
  • A copy of your birth certificate,
  • A copy of your national ID or passport picture page
** Please note all Mature Candidates will be interviewed to confirm eligibility into the programme.

STEP 2: Payment of ALJGSB Admissions fee (Payment Information to be provided by an Admissions Representative)

Payment options can be done via:

    • A manager’s cheque, Debit or Credit Card payment at the UWI Lok Jack GSB North Campus
    • Direct deposit to our RBC Bank Account #1000 8111 0282 246
    • Online Bank transfers & wire transfers

STEP 3: Submit Supporting Admissions Documents

  • Programme Specific Information form
  • Two (2) Referee Forms
  • An Official Copy of your Academic Transcripts (only if you are a non-UWI graduate)

STEP 4: Payment of UWI admissions processing fee

This payment can either be made online via the UWI payment portal or through direct deposit at Republic Bank

STEP 5: Issuance and Acceptance of your Offer Letter

Once you have submitted all admission documents and passed your Assessment, your application will be submitted to the University of the West Indies. Upon approval by the UWI, you will be issued with an offer letter via email, within 14 working days. You must “reply to all” via email to indicate your acceptance of the offer.

Step 6: Payment of Tuition fees

Payment of tuition and registration fees will become due within 5 working days of receipt of an offer. We accept the following methods of payment:
  • A manager’s cheque, Debit or Credit Card payment at the UWI Lok Jack GSB North Campus cashier.
  • Cash (between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday only)
  • Direct deposit to our RBC Bank Account #1000 8111 0282 246
  • Online Bank transfers & wire transfers
**NO Personal cheques accepted
