Progressive discipline is a common approach to dealing with employee behaviour and an integral part of the disciplinary process. Unfortunately, many managers and others charged with the responsibility for managing employee performance are not comfortable having performance conversations.
This programme will equip managers and leaders with the competencies, tools, techniques and the confidence necessary to manage a progressive disciplinary process in the organisation.
