The Effective Crisis Communication and Management Workshop is designed to give communicators the tools to prepare a crisis communication plan suited to their industry along with practical examples of how to message during a crisis and filter lessons learnt from an incident to improve the crisis communication response. Participants will learn to identify situations that may likely develop into a crisis and determine the steps needed to avert the development of a smouldering situation into a full-blown crisis.

This course guides communicators through the process of developing a crisis communications plan and gives practical examples of how to message during a crisis and filter lessons learnt from an incident to improve the crisis communications response.
