The Developing and Sustaining High-Performance Work Teams takes participants on a leadership learning and development journey from which they will emerge with an excitement and powerful energy to apply and share learning as participants shift the quality and consistency of their work team’s performance into high gear.
This highly experiential and practical programme will provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on, clarify and examine their team’s current situation; identify its performance challenges and possible journey.
Sessions are taught using a blend of guided discussion, creative facilitation, group work, peer coaching, training, reflection and accountability. It allows leaders time and support in a safe space to explore, reflect, learn, and practice individually and in groups; engage in conversation; coach each other; and work collaboratively. Workshops are intentionally spaced apart to give leaders the opportunity to complete active learning assignments that accelerate and deepen workplace application
