Avoiding Misalignment in Operationalising Strategic Plans
Why great strategies stall — and how to stop it
Your strategy isn’t the problem. Your execution is.
Every year, organisations invest time, money, and political capital into building the “right” strategy – only to watch it stall between the boardroom and the front line. Priorities get diluted. KPIs conflict. Middle management absorbs the tension. And by the time leadership notices, the damage is already done.
This isn’t a strategy problem. It’s an execution problem — and it’s fixable.
About the Workshop
Avoiding Misalignment in Operationalising Strategic Plans is a practical, two-day workshop for Managers, Operations Leaders, and Project and Programme Leads who are responsible for turning strategic intent into operational reality.
Using the Execution Intelligence™ Framework developed by Dr. Averne Pantin, you’ll learn to diagnose exactly where and why misalignment happens — and build the tools to correct course before failure becomes visible.
What You’ll Walk Away With

- Identify the structural, behavioural, and governance drivers of execution drift
- Apply Execution Intelligence™ tools to keep strategy, operations, and delivery in sync
- Intervene at the first signs of misalignment — not after the failure is visible
