Fayola Nicholas, DBA Candidate – Grenoble Ecole de Management, France
Fayola Nicholas is a Doctoral Candidate at the DBA Programme of Grenoble Ecole de Management, France and Webster University, Switzerland. She holds an International MBA from The UWI – Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, and a B Sc. Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.
She is the Manager of Marketing and Development Consulting at The UWI- Arthur Lok Jack GSB (Lok Jack GSB). She has previously held the positions of Alumni Relations Director, Advancement Director, Market Development Centre Director and Human Resources Director, since joining the Business School in 2010.
Fayola has worked in the field of Marketing for 20+ years, having previously worked as a Marketing Manager of Coca-Cola, and Brand Manager at Unilever Caribbean and Carib Brewery Ltd. Her areas of expertise include Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Cross-Cultural Marketing and Stakeholder Relations.
Fayola is part of Adjunct Faculty for Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Executive Education Programmes at Lok Jack GSB. She is a team member of the Lok Jack GSB’s Caribbean Behavioural Change Network with Ogilvy BSP London and Vessel Trinidad & Tobago. She is also an Ad Hoc Reviewer of the International Journal of Applied Management Theory and Research.
Fayola volunteers as an Associate of the NGO-EarthMedic, and as a member of the Steering Committee of a newly formed Civil Society Shared Services Hub. She has also been a Mentor for the Queen’s Young Leaders Programme and has been featured on Caribbean Mentors Podcast.
