Adam has over fifteen years’ experience in helping organizations across the Caribbean achieve breakthrough results in strategic planning, organization change & transformation, strategic human resource planning and management, leadership development and team-building.
In addition to his Strategy & Organization Development focus, Adam has pioneered major initiatives in organization development and ICT / eGovernment transformation in Trinidad and Tobago, the wider Caribbean and Central America including Barbados, St. Lucia, Jamaica and Belize.
His education and certifications include a BSc in Management and an MBA. Adam is certified in the Balanced Scorecard strategy & performance management system, Organization Development, Project management and Database development.
