This programme is designed to be highly practical and learner focused with opportunities for feedback and development tips by our expert facilitators!

More and more organisations are looking to assess and develop the ‘soft-skills’ or behavioural competencies of its existing or prospective employees. Therefore, it is imperative for professionals responsible for recruitment and selection, training and development, and/or succession planning within the organisation to have the necessary knowledge and skills to observe and evaluate behaviour and to effectively employ assessment tools. This world of assessments also includes ability and/or aptitude testing that allows one to evaluate an employee’s cognitive skill level in relation to the job role.
