Overview
Inefficient processes are often the hidden cause of delays, rising costs, and inconsistent service. The Business Process Analysis & Re-Engineering Workshop equips managers and team leaders with practical tools to map, analyse, and redesign business processes so they align with strategy and deliver measurable results.
This hands-on programme moves beyond silos to examine how work truly flows across an organization. Participants will learn how to document current (“as-is”) processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and design streamlined future-state (“to-be”) processes supported by clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Participants will learn how to:
- Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Distinguish value-adding from non-value-adding activities
- Apply Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Design and map improved, re-engineered processes
- Develop practical SOPs for consistent execution
- Align strategy, policies, processes, and people
