The challenge of leading organisations in today’s fast-paced, information-driven environment presents increasing levels of complexity for the traditionally busy executive. The task of defining and leading the strategic positioning of their organisations seldom leaves sufficient time for managing the implementation and monitoring of projects that drive operational efficiencies or for managing the internal dynamics of organisational interaction.
In this context, the role of the Executive Assistant has necessarily evolved from being one of primarily an administrative support role to one that also provides critical support for the implementation and management of key projects.
This workshop will introduce participants to the organisational imperatives of the emerging environment. Participants will be exposed to core competencies required of executive assistants if they were to provide more efficient support in managing the implementation of projects that create organisational value through enhanced operational effectiveness.
