The HR Policy Design Workshop aims to assist participants in developing organisationally relevant HR Policies to support employee management. Key areas to be covered in this workshop include the importance of HR policies to effective HRM, developing culturally relevant HR policies, HR policy accessibility and information dissemination and the role of the HR practitioner and other organisational stakeholders in the development of HR Policies.
