The Leading Organisational Change Workshop will be delivered by retired military officer, Garth Vincent who has international experience in developing and delivering strategically aligned solutions that drive awareness, decreased exposure and strengthen organisations. This programme is designed to provide participants with an understanding of change and change management and the importance of effective change management and its impact on organisational results. Participants will lead this programme having developed an important competitive advantage as a leader through the exploration of a holistic change management methodology covering the knowledge, skills and tools required to drive successful change initiatives.
